Stage 1

Stage 1 finished the term on a high with loads of creativity and teamwork across all three disciplines. In Drama, the group took part in fun ensemble games, learned about stage directions and used their imaginations to build mini scenes together—everyone worked so well as a team! Dance focused on leaps, turns and kicks with some brilliant 'across-the-floor' work before they jumped into their ABC routine, full of energy and personality. In Singing, they learned a brand new rhythm game to kick things off and had a great time combining vocals with movement as they brought Welcome to the 60s to life with their own actions. A joyful end to a fantastic term!

Stage 2

Stage 2 showed real confidence and independence in their final session before the Summer break. In Drama, they worked in small groups to devise superhero-inspired scenes, focusing on storytelling, collaboration and structure. Everyone contributed brilliant ideas; the results were packed with energy and imagination. Dance began with a longer stretch and conditioning warm-up to help with flexibility and control, before students created their own short routines—each one unique and expressive. Singing was all about multitasking this week, as the group combined choreography and vocals while building stamina and focus through Welcome to the 60s. Their ability to stay sharp and perform with intent really stood out!

Stage 3

Frozen Jr - Autumn Term 2025!

We’re thrilled to announce that Stage 3 will be performing their very own show next term - Frozen! ❄️ This opportunity, to perform by themselves, will start to prepare them for our Advanced Programme of Performing Arts (called Further Stages) - accelerating their skill development from September! Get ready to bring the magic of Arendelle to life with powerful songs, unforgettable characters, and a story that celebrates love, courage, and being true to yourself. We can’t wait to see our students take on this wintry musical adventure – it’s going to be an incredible term!

And now... back to NewsFlash! ⬇️

Stage 3 brought maturity, energy and creativity to their final session of term. Drama began with a round of Werewolf–Mafia to build quick thinking and teamwork before the group devised a mystery-themed piece of their own. They worked with real focus and bold character choices to shape compelling scenes. In Dance, they tackled technique and conditioning with great commitment, stretching and strengthening through a full warm-up before pushing themselves with corner work and routines. Singing stepped up a gear this week too, with a strong focus on vocal layering and control as they revisited Welcome to the 60s. Their ability to blend movement, harmony and character at once was impressive; it showed just how far they’ve come this term!
